Swag:

A slang word for a promotional item that is usually gifted at an event or to an employee or client.

Any item that is plastered with a brand is considered swag. Swag given out at events or to clients is used to increase brand awareness. Swag given to employees within the company is used to raise employee satisfaction and build on company culture.
